Mass pieces made from material such as cast iron, brass and steel are used to calibrate and test scale. Each piece from 1g to 500kg is supplied calibrated using seals which are used to add/remove weight ensuring the piece is exactly the correct mass indicated. Mass pieces can be purchased individually or as a set.
