Handling solutions for loading and unloading laser cutting machines


The VacuMaster Laser permits rational loading of laser cutting machines and the rapid and ergonomical removal of the cut workpieces.

Loading the machine:

Sheets of steel, stainless steel or aluminium, of all sizes, are picked up and transferred safely to the table of the laser cutting machine. Additional suction plates on the sides permit the handling of thin metal sheets of all sizes.
     
Removing the cut-out parts:

The parts cut from small sheets can be removed in a single operation. For large sheets, two operations are necessary. All parts are picked up as a single layer. The waste material can also be removed with the VacuMaster Laser without the need for conversion. The smallest area free of holes in the waste material must be at least 30 x 30 mm. The workpieces can be machined further outside the laser cutting machine while the machine is cutting the next sheet.
