The VacuMaster Coil from Schmalz, with its excellent price-performance ratio, offers you decisive advantages in the handling of coils and split-strip rings.

It is, for example, ideal for lifting them from the pallet and placing them on a feeder stand. It is suitable for thin and very thin metal sheets as well as metal foils, steel, tinplate, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals with external diameters up to 1800 mm. The vacuum may prevent telescoping of thin split-strip rings. Several annular suction chambers, each with a vacuum gauge, can be activated and deactivated independently to match the external diameter of the coils. Gripping of the load without damage, swivelling by up to 90° and stopping in any desired intermediate position are only few advantages of the VacuMaster Coil.
